A 50% deposit once you approve the mockup, and the rest at launch. Two rounds of changes are included in every build.

Hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and a set amount of edits each month: 15, 30 or 60 minutes depending on your package. You can cancel any time after your minimum term.

You do. We register the domain in your name. Once the build is paid, the site is yours. If you move to another developer, we hand over the code: free after 12 months, $300 before that.

No. We are not registered for GST, so the price you see is the price you pay.

Yes. Add your current website to the form and we will take it into account when we design your mockup.

We send your homepage mockup within 2–3 business days of your request. Once you approve it and send us your content, the full website takes 1–2 weeks.

Your logo if you have one, photos of your work, team or premises, and the details customers look for: your services, prices if you show them, opening hours, service area and contact details. If you don't have photos yet, say so on the form.

You don't need to. Email us what you'd like changed and we make the edit from your care plan's monthly edit time: 15, 30 or 60 minutes depending on your package. On the Growth package you can also post to your own blog.

The Business package includes Google Business Profile setup and basic local SEO: clear page titles and descriptions, a sensible heading structure, structured data for Google, a sitemap and fast loading on every page. Growth adds a quarterly SEO check. We don't promise rankings, because nobody honestly can.
