ShreeNova Technologies (“we”, “us”) is a web design and development business in Brisbane, Queensland, ABN 29 140 067 153. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

What we collect

When you request a mockup, we collect your name, business name, email address, mobile number, the package you're interested in, your current website (if you give it) and what you tell us about your business.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use cookies or advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use the details you send us to reply to you, design your mockup, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, deliver and look after your website. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who else handles it

Form requests are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Vercel. Both are based in the United States and may store information outside Australia. We only use them to run this website and receive your request.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need it to work with you, and for any records we're required to keep. If we don't end up working together, you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@shreenova.com.au. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us first and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
