Questions
Can clients book online from the website?
Yes, every package includes a Book button linked to the system you already use. A custom booking system with accounts and stored data is a separate web app project.
Can we show client reviews?
Yes. Salons can show reviews. We add a few short ones from your Google Business Profile and link to the rest.
Should we put prices on the website?
We recommend it. Even "from" prices answer the most common question before anyone has to call, and they help clients choose a service.
I do cosmetic injections. Does anything change?
Yes. Cosmetic procedures performed by registered health practitioners fall under Ahpra's advertising guidelines, so we treat that part of your site like a clinic site: no testimonials about treatments and no before-and-after promises.
Is the mockup really free?
Yes. We design your homepage and send you a private preview link at no cost and with no obligation. The link stays live for 14 days. If you like it, we build the rest at a fixed price.
How long does a website take?
We send your homepage mockup within 2–3 business days of your request. Once you approve it and send us your content, the full website takes 1–2 weeks.
